Could someone explain this to me? I had a background that just suddenly appeared for 2 whole days! And......now it's gone again! Arrrrrrgh!

This year for Thanksgiving we traveled to Utah to spend the holiday with the Simonson (Lois') side of the family. It was great fun to reconnect with aunts, uncles, cousins and their kids, most of which we haven't seen for a long time! Love you all!

Of course, you can't go to Salt Lake without going to Cabella's!

We had the opportunity tonight to spend FHE riding horses at a friend's place. The kids had a blast! (Well, despite the fact our "cowboy", that is Tyson, wouldn't get on the pony that was 12 inches off the ground) Thank you Marty and Emily!

Okay, so blogger is driving me crazy!!! I tried to change my background and it wouldn't change. Then suddenly three days later, there it was, but all of my information is now at the bottom instead of the right side. Arrrrrgh! Help me? Please?

Jarom!!!

Introducing my new great-nephew, Jarom. He was born 3 weeks early via C-section and wieghed 8lbs. 3oz. (hence why they took him early). Unfortunately although they did numerous ultrasounds to check for problems (his brother has heart problems) they failed to see the 3 holes in his heart, or the narrow aortic arch. So at 6 days old, he entered Primary Children's hospital where he underwent surgery for just the aortic problem for now. He is out of ICU and his prognosis is good, but the more prayers the better for him!

Camping with Bigfoot!

This was somewhere up above Palisades. Creepy story: In the middle of the night I heard the scariest sound I may have ever heard, and have yet to identify it. I have been camping and hunting all of my life and NEVER heard anything, predator or game animal, make this noise! All I know is it was BIG and it was LOUD and it was CLOSE! I was sure Kadyn, who knows everything (?), would be able to identify it. When he heard it, he contemplated for a moment, and said he was pretty sure it was Sasquatch. Real helpful...

Three days camping can be rough on a person, don't judge me!
